Data Not Appearing

Coverage Mapper hit the RAM limit of the server several days ago, and as such, has not been generating new maps. I've changed the algorithm a bit, and I'm now regenerating all the maps.

Assuming this works (it should), all the maps will be updated in a few days when this finishes, and then we'll slowly get back to having regular updates.
